Parker is 3!!!

When we told Parker yesterday that his birthday was today, his response was "Again?!?". We had to explain that he already had his birthday party, but today was the day he was born. It was the most beautiful, fun filled day. After my doctor's appointment, we came home and played water guns outside while having a picnic lunch. This evening, we met Nana and Papa at Lupe Tortilla for a yummy dinner and fun playtime in the giant sandbox. After dinner we headed over to the Dessert Gallery for cookies and cupcakes. Parker had a blast and was either dancing to the music or jumping on Papa the entire time!!



Parker at 3:
- an awesome imagination, whether having an inside picnic or running from monsters
- potty trained for us, but still does not want to tell his teachers at school
- definitely asserting his independence - wants to do everything his way!!!
- talking all the time, even making up a ton of his own silly words
- loves giving kisses
- not as interested in cars and trains, but loves puzzles, games and books
- loves playing outside - driving his jeep really fast or dribbling the soccer ball
